Questus Residential Investment Fund (QRIF)
The Questus Residential Investment Fund (QRIF) was established to allow investors acquiring an Approved NRAS Property to receive the various Government incentives provided under NRAS.
The Government incentives are tax free incentives, available each year for 10 years. These consist of a Federal Government refundable tax offset (RTO) and a State of Territory Government amount, which is non-assessable, non-exempt income (NANE).
By investing in an Approved NRAS Property, investors receive the Government incentives. For an investor to be eligible, NRAS requires the properties to be rented to an Eligible Tenant at least 20% below the market rate for a period of 10 years.
